You can also log into your account on our website to view your order history and download past invoices. If you checked out as a guest, contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll gladly resend your receipt.

We have a straightforward return process:

1. Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order to get a Return Authorization Number.
2. Pack the item securely in its original, unopened packaging.
3. Ship it back to us using a trackable method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.

Note: Due to health and safety regulations, opened consumables, personal protective equipment (PPE), prescription items, and custom-configured equipment cannot be returned. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

In most cases, yes. We regularly restock popular medical supplies and equipment. If an item you need is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page, or contact us to check when we expect more inventory. Some specialized or discontinued items may not be restocked—we recommend calling our store for availability updates.

Yes! We offer free in-store pickup at our Nairobi location. We also ship anywhere in East Africa and internationally. Delivery fees and shipping times vary by destination and order size.
