Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. We take great care to ensure the products you receive match the description and images on our website. For medical equipment and supplies, slight variations in color or packaging may occur between manufacturers' production runs, but the item’s quality, specifications, and functionality will always be as advertised. If you ever receive an item that does not match what you ordered, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your receipt is automatically emailed to you after your order is confirmed. If you can't find it, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order history and download past invoices. If you checked out as a guest, contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll gladly resend your receipt.

How can I return an item?

We have a straightforward return process:

  1. Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order to get a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original, unopened packaging.
  3. Ship it back to us using a trackable method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.

Note: Due to health and safety regulations, opened consumables, personal protective equipment (PPE), prescription items, and custom-configured equipment cannot be returned. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

In most cases, yes. We regularly restock popular medical supplies and equipment. If an item you need is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page, or contact us to check when we expect more inventory. Some specialized or discontinued items may not be restocked—we recommend calling our store for availability updates.

Do you offer delivery or in-store pickup?

Yes! We offer free in-store pickup at our Nairobi location. We also ship anywhere in East Africa and internationally. Delivery fees and shipping times vary by destination and order size. For international shipping quotes and delivery estimates, please contact us with your location and order details before checkout.
