  • Returns are only accepted for items that are unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Any opened, used, or tampered-with products.
  • Prescription items or custom-configured equipment.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) once the sealed package is opened.
  • Consumables or single-use items (e.g., syringes, gauze, catheters).
  • Software, downloadable items, or digital products.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  1. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. If your return is approved, we will issue an RMA number and provide return instructions.
  4. Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include a copy of your invoice. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  5. Ship the return to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please process a return and place a new order.
  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an item you did not order:
