Magnetic Stirrer (DMS4)

The  Digital Magnetic Stirrer (DMS4) is an economical, reliable, and chemical-resistant benchtop instrument engineered for efficient and reproducible mixing in clinical diagnostic laboratories, pharmaceutical quality control, food and drug analysis, water quality monitoring, and general research. Featuring a 4-inch (100×100 mm) glass ceramic work plate that resists strong acids and strong alkalis, this stirrer provides a maximum stirring capacity of 10 liters and a stepless speed range of 50 to 1500 rpm with 1 rpm increments, making it ideal for routine solution preparation and sample mixing.
Every Digital Magnetic Stirrer (DMS4) features a maintenance-free, spark-free brushless DC motor and a selected high-temperature resistant strong magnet, delivering consistent, powerful stirring performance even for viscous liquids. The high-resolution LCD display simultaneously shows set and real-time speed values, allowing clear real-time monitoring without toggling modes. The integrated programmable timer ranges from 1 minute to 99 hours 59 minutes, enabling unattended operation with automatic shutdown and audible buzzer alert upon completion.
Key user-focused features include a safety lock to prevent accidental changes to operating status, an RS232 data interface for remote PC control and data logging, a corrosion-resistant full-metal housing with good heat dissipation and fire protection, and a high-efficiency infusion platform and waterproof edge design to prevent liquid spills from entering internal electronics. The IP21-rated housing provides basic protection against solid objects and dripping water. The glass ceramic work plate is easy to clean and provides excellent durability against aggressive reagents.
For the clinical laboratory scientist, water quality analyst, pharmaceutical quality control technician, and research scientist, the Digital Magnetic Stirrer (DMS4) delivers the simple, reliable, and chemical-resistant stirring required for preparing chemical solutions, mixing reagents, homogenizing samples, and performing unattended overnight mixing tasks requiring consistent, repeatable agitation. For the patient and the public, the consistent and accurate mixing of reagents and samples directly supports reliable diagnostic test results, safe drinking water monitoring, and the quality and safety of pharmaceutical and food products.
