High Speed Micro Centrifuge (D3024)

The High Speed Micro Centrifuge (D3024) is a benchtop high-speed centrifuge designed for clinical diagnostic sample processing, molecular biology applications, and research laboratory use. With a maximum speed of 15,000 rpm (up to 21,380 × g), this centrifuge provides the speed and capacity needed for high-throughput sample processing in moderate to large volume diagnostic laboratories.
The standard A24-2 rotor accommodates 24 × 1.5/2.0 mL microcentrifuge tubes with 0.5 mL and 0.2 mL adapters, while optional rotors support 0.2 mL × 36, 0.5 mL × 36, PCR strips × 4, 5 mL × 12, and 5 mL × 18 configurations. The LCD display with touch panel control allows precise speed (500-15,000 rpm, step: 100 rpm) and time (20 seconds to 99 minutes) adjustment.
For the clinical laboratory scientist and medical technologist, the D3024 facilitates serum and plasma separation for blood chemistry testing, coagulation studies, and lipid panels. It supports nucleic acid extraction and purification for molecular diagnostics, PCR sample preparation (with spin-down and continuous operation modes), protein precipitation steps for biochemical assays, and cell pelleting for culture processing.
The automatic imbalance detection, lid safety interlock, over-speed detection, over-temperature detection, and durable rotor construction ensure safe, reliable operation throughout years of daily laboratory use. With a quiet brushless DC motor (≤55 dB) and compact benchtop footprint (210 × 250 × 170 mm), the D3024 provides versatile, consistent performance for routine laboratory workflows supporting patient diagnosis and treatment monitoring.
